We measure your rooms, look at the subfloor conditions we can see, review material options with you, and leave a written price before we go. There is no charge and no obligation to buy.
An in-home visit is required to give a real number. We do not quote flooring by phone or online because the measurements and conditions decide the price.
Link to this sectionA written estimate is valid for one year from the date it is issued, subject to material availability. The price is held for 60 days. After 60 days, material costs are re-checked and the estimate may be updated to current costs before signing.
Link to this sectionThe price covers the rooms, materials, and line items written on the estimate. Conditions that cannot be seen until the existing floor is removed are handled by written change order, as described in the installation agreement terms.
Link to this sectionWhen a promotion is running, its terms, including any booking or install deadline, are stated on the offer itself. Promotions apply to estimates booked and signed within the dates stated, cannot be combined unless the offer says so, and are not retroactive to signed agreements.
Link to this sectionWe do not offer price matching. Our price reflects the scope we write, including furniture moving, tear-out, haul-away, and cleanup, and competing quotes are not always written on the same scope.
