Fathom Flooring is owned and run by Tyler Dunagin, who lives in Northeast Ohio.

Tyler started in handyman work and residential renovation before moving into multifamily.

He founded Turnserv in 2018, a unit-turn and renovation company for apartment owners. Turnserv prepared more than 10,000 housing units and improved more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space, and was ranked No. 459 on the 2024 Inc. 5000.

He was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year nominee.

He served as a director at a property management company, overseeing a multifamily portfolio of about 2,500 units in Cleveland and Columbus.

He holds a granted patent for Liquid Liner, a surface coating product.
