Stair Flooring and Carpet Runners
Your stairs, finished right. Stairs are the most visible surface in the house and the most often skipped. New floors downstairs and worn treads in the middle of the room is the first thing a guest sees.
We do plank tread and riser wraps, carpet on boxed and open-side stairs, and runners. Stairs are quoted per step during your in-home estimate and can be added to any flooring project.

Eligible products include the manufacturer warranty supplied for the product you select. Coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by product and are governed by the written manufacturer warranty.
Our workmanship is covered.
Fathom provides limited workmanship coverage for installation defects as described in your written agreement. Coverage does not extend to product defects or damage caused by leaks, flooding, moisture below the floor, structural movement, misuse, improper care, or work performed by others.
Waterproof surface, not a waterproof room.
Applicable vinyl products resist ordinary topical spills when installed and maintained as directed. They do not waterproof the subfloor or cover floods, leaks, standing water, or moisture originating below the floor.

Stairs take far more labor per square foot than an open room, and the count and construction of the staircase decide the work. Quoting per step keeps the number honest instead of buried in a square-foot average.
