Our commitments
The Quote Is the Invoice
The price we write down in your home is the price on the final invoice for that scope.
What this means
You get one number for the work and materials listed in your written estimate, given in your home before we leave. It does not move because the job took longer than we thought or because material cost us more than we planned.
The only thing that can change your total is a change to the scope: something you add, or a condition nobody could see until the old floor came up, like a failed subfloor or water damage underneath.
Covered
- All labor and materials itemized in the written estimate.
- Transitions, quarter round, tear-out, and haul-away when listed as line items.
- Our own measuring or estimating mistakes. If we miscounted, that is on us.
Not covered
- Work you add after the estimate is signed.
- Concealed or changed site conditions found after tear-out, such as subfloor damage, moisture, or structural movement.
- Work performed by other trades or by you.
If something is wrong
If added work is needed, we stop, show you the condition, price it in writing, and wait for your written approval before proceeding. No work you did not approve appears on an invoice.
Summary only. Your written estimate, signed agreement, and any applicable manufacturer warranty contain the operative terms and control in the event of a conflict. Read warranty and project terms
