What this means
The installation is planned so the same crew can carry the work from tear-out through the final walk-through, keeping the details and expectations consistent on site.
Where a change is unavoidable, another qualified Fathom crew member completes the work to the same written scope and standard.
Covered

Not covered
- Changes required by illness, safety, availability, or project needs, in which case another qualified Fathom crew member completes the work.
If something is wrong
If a face on your job changes, ask why and you will get a straight answer. Concerns about workmanship go to the office and are handled under the workmanship coverage in your agreement.
