Our commitments
The Written Schedule
You get a start date and a duration in writing, not a vague window and a phone call later.
What this means
Before the project begins, you receive a written schedule with an estimated start date and how long the work should take. You know which days your house is a job site.
Dates are estimates, and we say so plainly. When something moves them, you hear it from us with a new date, not silence.
Covered
- A written start date and estimated duration before work begins.
- Notice from us when a date needs to change, with the new date.
Not covered
- Delays from material availability, concealed conditions, weather, safety, illness, or other events outside reasonable control.
If something is wrong
Call the office at any point in the project and ask where you stand. If your dates have moved and nobody told you, tell us and we will make it right on the schedule.
Summary only. Your written estimate, signed agreement, and any applicable manufacturer warranty contain the operative terms and control in the event of a conflict. Read warranty and project terms
