Lifetime Installation Warranty
The manufacturer stands behind the product. We stand behind the installation.
What this means
Eligible products carry the manufacturer warranty supplied for the product you select. Coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by product and are governed by that written manufacturer warranty, not by anything said in a sales conversation.
Our Lifetime Installation Warranty provides limited workmanship coverage for installation defects as described in your written agreement.
Waterproof means a waterproof surface, not a waterproof room. Applicable vinyl products resist ordinary topical spills when installed and maintained as directed. They do not waterproof the subfloor.
Covered
- Product defects, to the extent the applicable written manufacturer warranty provides.
- Installation defects, as described in your written agreement.
Not covered
- Damage from leaks, flooding, standing water, or moisture originating below the floor.
- Structural movement, misuse, improper care, or work performed by others.
- Anything excluded by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
If something is wrong
Call the office with your project name and what you are seeing, and send photos if you can. We inspect, determine whether it falls under workmanship or the manufacturer warranty, and file the manufacturer claim on your behalf where one applies.
