Plain-language summary
- Four promises, stated plainly: the warranty, the fixed quote, crew continuity, and furniture moving.
- Each one lists what it does not cover, so nothing reads bigger than it is.
- To invoke any of them, call the office or email us.
- Where this page and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
This summary is here to be readable. The full text below is what applies.

What it means: our installation workmanship is covered for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
What it does not mean: it does not cover the product itself, moisture, wear, pets, flooding, or work by others. Those are described on the warranty page.
How to invoke it: email Engage@fathomflooring.com or call (216) 245-2341 with photographs and the installation address.

What it does not mean: it does not cover work that is not on the estimate, or conditions discovered after the old floor comes up. Those are priced in writing and require your approval first.
How to invoke it: if an invoice does not match your signed estimate and approved change orders, call the office before paying.
Link to this sectionWhat it means: we plan for crew continuity from tear-out through the final walk-through, and the home is cleaned up at the end of every working day.
What it does not mean: illness, injury, or safety issues can require a crew change. We tell you when that happens.
How to invoke it: call the office during the project and tell us what you are seeing.
Link to this sectionWhat it means: eligible household furniture moves out of the work area and back with no separate charge.
What it does not mean: it does not include pianos, safes, pool tables, aquariums, appliances needing disconnection, electronics, or items over 150 pounds.
How to invoke it: tell us what is in the rooms during the estimate so it is written on the scope.
