Every flooring product carries a warranty from its manufacturer. That document sets the coverage, the exclusions, the length of coverage, and the claim process. Fathom is the installer, not the manufacturer.
Link to this sectionSome manufacturers require registration within a set period after installation for full coverage. When your product requires it, we give you the registration information along with your product documents. Registration deadlines are set by the manufacturer.
