How a flooring quote is built

Two quotes for the same house can look wildly different. Almost always it is because they include different things.
We install luxury vinyl plank and carpet across Northeast Ohio, including Stow.
What a complete scope contains
Material with the specific line and color named. Tear-out. Haul-away. Subfloor prep. Underlayment or pad. Transitions and quarter round with counts. Stairs counted per step. Furniture moving if it is included. Cleanup.
If a line is missing from the paper, assume it is missing from the price.
Questions that expose the difference
Is tear-out and disposal included? Who moves the furniture and the appliances? How many transitions, and what type? What happens if the subfloor is bad? Is the pad specified by name?
One fixed price
Our number is fixed for the work and materials listed in the written estimate. Concealed or changed conditions are the only thing outside it, and those get priced and approved in writing before any added work happens.
Payment options
Monthly payment options are available on every project, subject to credit approval. We show the payment next to the total at the estimate so you decide with the real number in front of you.
