What we install in Solon
Carpet
Bedrooms, family rooms, and stairs, with pad included in the quote. Three options come to your home and both carpet and plank are measured in one visit.
Carpet detailsStairs
Plank tread and riser wraps, carpet on boxed and open-side stairs, and runners. Quoted per step and added to any flooring project.
Stairs detailsWhat Cuyahoga County floors over
Cuyahoga County housing runs heavily to pre-war and mid-century homes, which usually means plank or plywood subfloors, basements under most of the footprint, and height differences between rooms that have been re-floored more than once. All three matter before a new floor goes down, so we check them during the estimate.
We check the subfloor in your Solon home during the free in-home estimate and tell you plainly what it needs before any floor is quoted over it.
