The standard behind every Fathom project.
How we do anything is how we do everything.
The crooked outlet cover. The drop cloth that got skipped. The text that didn't get sent. There are no small jobs here, only small habits, and habits show up in everything. That belief runs through every crew we put in the field.
Done Means Done.
A job is finished when the punch list is complete, the site is clean, the photos are taken, and the customer has walked it. Not before.
Operating standards

Done means done. We never leave the last ten percent behind.

Bad news travels first. If there's a delay, damage, or a surprise, you hear it from us the same day, before you find it yourself.

The quote is the invoice. If site conditions require different work, we explain it and get written approval before proceeding.
- 04
Crew continuity, one standard. If availability or safety requires a change, the next qualified crew member follows the same written scope.
What we tell every new hire on day one.
You'll never be asked to cut a corner here, and you're not allowed to cut one either. Do the work right, tell the truth fast, finish completely.
